Wo werden eure Produkte gefertigt?


Wir fertigen alle unsere Produkte in unserer Produktionsstätte in Rimsting am Chiemsee in Deutschland.

(Ausgenommen davon sind natürlich kleine Normteile wie Schrauben, Scheiben etc.)

How do you pay attention to "sustainability"?


For us, "sustainability" is a process that will probably never be completed.

Nevertheless, we are constantly working on it and can point out the following points:

  • Environmentally friendly production in Germany and therefore compliance with German environmental regulations for production facilities.
  • Local for local: We produce in the EU for the European market.
  • Fair trade and ethical procurement: We know our suppliers and make sure that we work with regional partners from Germany/Europe, thereby ensuring compliance with human rights and social standards.
  • Transport and logistics: By using efficient delivery routes directly from the production site to our customers, we keep distances short and thus reduce CO2 emissions.
  • Our goods from the online shop are shipped with DHL GoGreen.
  • Minimising and recycling packaging: Our packaging materials are made from recycled materials without the need for expensive colour printing. In general, we endeavour to reduce or reuse packaging materials and ensure that they are recyclable.
  • By manufacturing high-quality products, we can extend their service life and thus conserve resources.
  • Recycling of production waste and reprocessing of production materials.

Bitte kontaktiere uns umgehend mit Bildern der defekten oder beschädigten Fahrradkomponenten. Wir werden unser Bestes tun, um das Problem zu lösen und dir eine zufriedenstellende Lösung anzubieten.

Wie kann ich den Status meiner Bestellung überprüfen?


Du erhältst eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail mit einem Tracking-Link, über den du den Status deiner Bestellung verfolgen kannst. Alternativ kannst du dich auch in dein Kundenkonto einloggen, um den aktuellen Status einzusehen.
